We were asked by Kagu Interiors to support their vision of creating a fresh surface using the existing floor boards
After carrying out a thorough sand and a few small repairs, we finished the floor with a primer and 2 coats of a hard wearing lacquer, which is also easy to keep clean.
What a difference! And ……. You must pop in to the cafe. It looks great and has some great food on offer!
We were contacted by a family who were carrying out redecorating of their home, however they were really up against it timewise as they had a baby due within a couple of months!
There was a concrete divide between the two rooms, which needed removing, and quite a few boards which required sourcing and replacing.
But, after the initial preparation, the floor sanded up beautifully and created a wonderful bright space for the family to enjoy!
In a beautiful home overlooking the English Channel, we were asked to breathe new life into the mahogany floors throughout the clients downstairs.
Years of wear and many coats of lacquer over time had taken its toll on the floor ….. but, we knew we could get it looking magical once more!
Levelling the floor with a heavy duty, metal based sanding disc prepared the floor for our abrasives to remove the old varnishes, enabling us to apply a primer and two coats of hard wearing lacquer. And, with many dogs in the house, the floor extra protection suited the client perfectly!.
